Andy joined UT Martin in 2012 as the Vice Chancellor for University Advancement after serving five years as the Associate VIce President for Development at Tennessee Tech University. Prior to Tennessee Tech, he worked at Northern Kentucky University where he served as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations from 2001 to 2007. He has served as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Lexington Catholic High School in Lexington, Kentucky and as the Director of Alumni Affairs for his alma mater, Campbellsville University. Andy and his wife, Ami, live in Martin and have two children, Emily and David.

Joyanne is a 1998 UT Martin alumnus with a BS in Education. She is a native of Riverside, California, has taught in the Riverside School District and has been a volunteer softball coach for a number of years. Most recently she was employed as office administrator at Ganz Captial Inc. Her husband, Kurt, works at Able Industries, Inc. a family owned business in Union City. They have two children, Danielle and Matthew.

Charley guides the alumni and annual giving operations and has been employed at the university since 1992. He took on the responsibilities of alumni relations on January 1, 2004. Prior to coming to alumni relations, he was the Assistant Director of Athletics. He has also worked in the Office of Development and in the Office of Housing. He is a 1992 and 1996 graduate from UT Martin and makes his home in Martin. His wife Shannon is the Director of Student Health Services for UT Martin and they have two children, Alex and Jessie.

Andrew works with the annual giving program and young alumni programming. He came to Alumni Relations in 2011. Prior to coming to UT Martin, Andrew spent seven years employed by the Weakley County School System as a public school teacher. He received his bachelor's degree in Education in 2004 and his master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision in 2006 from UT Martin.

Sarae has been employed at the university since 1977 with most of that time being spent in the Office of Alumni Relations, working with all of our alumni and their respective questions or needs. Prior to joining the university, she attended UT Martin. Her husband, Tom, is regional president of First Citizens National Bank in Martin. They have one son, Tommy, a UT Martin 2007 graduate.

Kelley joined the UT Martin Alumni team in March 2008, after working in the UT Martin Development Office for over 2 years. She came to campus from the Weakley County Department of Finance, where she worked for seven years. She and her husband, Richard, owner of Trevathan Bros. Machine and Fabrication, reside in Dresden with their two daughters, Tristen and Taelyn.

Jeanna is a fundraiser who advocates for the University to alumni and friends. She specializes in planned and deferred giving. Jeanna came to UT Martin in 1992 as Assistant Director of Development; she was named Director of Development in 1997. Jeanna grew up in Southeast Missouri and is a graduate of Murray State University where she received her degree in Journalism/Public Relations. She and her husband, Keith Swafford, own a poultry farm in Weakley County . She has a son, Curt, and a stepson, Colter.

Holly joined the Development staff in 2009 but is no stranger to UT Martin. Holly received a BS in Health and Human Performance in 2009 and a MS in Family and Consumer Science in 2011. Before coming to Development she was employed as a student assistant in the Office of Information Technology Services. Holly and her husband, Jonathan, reside in Sharon with their dog Dixie Belle.

Ashton is a fundraiser who advocates for the University to alumni and friends, primarily in Middle Tennessee. Ashton  joined the advancement team as a Nashville based Regional Gifts Officer. Before coming to U.T. Martin, Ashton spent 6 years in sales and marketing in the motor-sports and sponsorship development industries. He also owned and operated Premier Racing Inc. based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ashton is proud to return to his home state as a 6th generation Tennessean. He and his wife Lindy reside in Nashville with thier daughter Addie Ree. 

Len Solomons

Len is a seasoned fundraiser who advocates for the University to alumni and friends. She came to UT Martin in 1989 from the University of Memphis, where she received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in education. Prior to becoming Vice Chancellor in 2000, she served as Assistant Director of Development at MSU and as Development Director and Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development at UT Martin. In July 2012, she became Senior Director for Development. She resides in Martin with her husband, Dr. William Solomons, who taught organic chemistry at UTM from 1973 to 2011. She has two sons, John and Hunter.

Jason is a fundraiser who advocates for the University to alumni and friends. Jason Sullivan joined the advancement team in 2011 as a major gift officer. Before coming to U.T. Martin, Jason spent 6 years in sales in the medical and sporting goods industries. He also owned and operated Full Count Sports Academy located in Martin. He and his wife Sarah reside in Martin with their two children Easton and Adlee.

Lisha has been employed at the university since 1986 and has worked as a fundraiser since 2001. Prior to coming to development, she worked in the College of Business and Public Affairs. She received her BS in Management and her MBA from UT Martin. Her husband, David, is the Assessor of Property for Weakley County, and they have two sons, Josh and Caleb.

Mary has been employed with UT Martin since 1989. Prior to coming to Development she worked in the College of Business and Global Affairs, College of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and Purchasing. Mary completed the UT Martin Office Information Systems certification program and is the recipient of the UT Martin Outstanding Employee Award for the spring 2006 semester. Mary and her husband, Mike, owner of Precision Tool and Design, have two daughters, Lauren and Allie.

Dana has been employed with the University since 1987. After beginning in the Office of Admissions, she came to the Office of Development in 1993. In addition to earning her Bachelor of University Studies degree from UT Martin, Dana completed the UT Martin Office Information Systems certification program and achieved the Certified Professional Secretary rating. She and her husband Todd, a firefighter with the City of Martin, have one daughter, Meagan.
